Terms of Service

Effective 1 January 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TheToasta CBT (the "Service"), operated by TheToasta Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

2. Access and payment

Some content is free. To unlock unlimited practice for a specific exam, you pay a one-time fee for that exam, which grants you lifetime access to that exam's content on the Service. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Fees are stated at the point of purchase.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because access to an exam's content unlocks immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. To help you decide before paying, the Service provides free daily practice so you can evaluate it first. The only exceptions are where a refund is required by applicable law, or for a duplicate or erroneous charge. Contact us at support@thetoasta.com for billing issues.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not share, resell, or redistribute account access or paid content.
  • Do not attempt to scrape, copy, or bulk-extract questions from the Service.
  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Educational content

Our questions and explanations are prepared to align with published exam syllabi and are intended as study aids. While we work hard for accuracy, we do not guarantee any particular exam result, nor that questions will appear in any official exam. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by JAMB, WAEC, NECO, or any examination body.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, branding, and software, is owned by TheToasta Ltd or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own study.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheToasta Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
