TheToasta Ltd ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. It applies to TheToasta CBT (the "Service").

What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email, phone (optional), and target exam.
  • Practice data — questions attempted, answers, scores, and progress, so we can show your analytics.
  • Payment records — what you unlocked and when. Card details are handled entirely by our payment providers; we never see or store your card number.
  • Technical data — basic device/browser info and login session data to keep your account secure.
  • Parent/guardian contact — only if you choose to provide it for weekly progress reports.

How we use it

  • To provide the Service — practice, mocks, analytics, and Worked answers.
  • To process your unlock purchases.
  • To send important account emails (e.g. password resets) and, if you opt in, progress reports.
  • To improve question quality and the overall product.
  • To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with service providers who help us run the Service — for example, payment processors, email delivery, and hosting. These providers are bound to protect your data.

Worked answers

When you request an explanation for a question, the question text may be sent to our AI provider to generate the explanation. We do not send your personal account details for this purpose.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email support@thetoasta.com and we will respond.

Children

Many of our users are students. If you are under 13, please use the Service with a parent or guardian's involvement. We collect only what is needed to provide the Service.

Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new effective date here when we do.
