Why the answer is B, and why the others tempt you.
Range $R = \dfrac{u^2\sin 2\theta}{g} = \dfrac{400 \times \sin 60^\circ}{10} = 40 \times \dfrac{\sqrt{3}}{2} = 20\sqrt{3} \approx 34.6$ m. Using $\sin\theta$ instead of $\sin 2\theta$ gives 20 m.
