(a) The universal set U = {x : x is a positive integer, x ≤ 20}. Sets A and B are subsets of U such that A = {x : x is a prime number} and B = {x : x is an odd number}. (i) List the elements of A and B. (ii) Find A ∩ B and A ∪ B. (iii) Find (A ∪ B)' and verify that n(A ∪ B) + n((A ∪ B)') = n(U). (b) In a class of 50 students, 30 study Mathematics, 25 study Physics and 10 study both Mathematics and Physics. Using a Venn diagram or otherwise, find the number of students who study: (i) Mathematics only; (ii) Physics only; (iii) neither Mathematics nor Physics.
