Why the answer is A, and why the others tempt you.
The angle θ (in radians) = arc length ÷ radius = 6/9 = 2/3 rad. Area of sector = ½r²θ = ½ × 81 × 2/3 = 81/3 = 27 cm². A common error is using Area = r × l / 2 incorrectly or forgetting the ½ factor.
